Sales Tax

An 8.25% California state sales tax will be added to all purchases made by California residents.

By money order, cashier's check or certified check:

Return Policy

We guarantee that everything we sell to be free from defects. However, should a DVD not work, you may return the product for exchange. We will only exchange it for the same title after we confirm the product is defective. Return postage is paid by customer.
PLEASE NOTE: We make no refunds for returned goods. We do not exchange titles because of customer dissatisfaction with content.

International Orders

All disks are removed from their cases and are double sealed. All items are placed in plain boxes or envelopes and no invoices or shipping statements of any kind are enclosed. We are not responsible for Customs seizures, the Customs declaration states the contents are software discs and a variety of company names are used.
